Annika von Mutius co-founded empion with Dr. Larissa Leitner, the first skill and company culture based recruiting platform based in Berlin. Previously, she worked at Multiply Labs, a robotics startup in Silicon Valley. Annika completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at WHU and then did her PhD in Economics.
