This year’s FEM. Summit is guided by the motto “Riding the waves of change – sailing beyond limits.” In times of economic, societal, and technological transformation, female leadership plays a crucial role in shaping resilient, responsible, and forward-looking organizations.
The motto reflects the ability to navigate uncertainty with confidence, embrace change as an opportunity, and challenge existing boundaries. The FEM. Summit 2026 brings together female leaders and allies to exchange perspectives, share experiences, and discuss how female leadership can create sustainable impact in an ever-changing world.
Below you’ll find the agenda of the FEM. Summit 2026. Any schedule gaps will be filled with networking breaks at our Career Fair. All speeches, panels and fireside chats will take place in the main Jürgen Weber Auditorium / H-001.
Workshops, and selected partner formats will take place in parallel rooms. Further information regarding these sessions will be shared via email to you prior to the event.
