Isabel Bonacker is co-owner and Deputy Chairwoman of the Advisory Board of Dr. BABOR, Europe’s leading brand in professional skincare. Since 2014, she has been shaping the development of the family business and its strategic positioning in the beauty industry. Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Isabel worked with the nonprofit organization Ashoka, focusing on social entrepreneurship – an area she remains actively involved in to this day. She holds a law degree and an MBA from INSEAD Fontainebleau, and is passionate about combining business responsibility with social impact. Isabel lives near Frankfurt with her husband and three children.
