Donata von Achten

Donata von Achten is our moderator at the upcoming Fem- Female Leadership Summit 2024. Donata is a freshly graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and has experience in various events, including moderating at the FEM Summit 2021 & 2022 and  Euromasters 2022 & 2023. 
Donata was also part of the FEM- Female Leadership Team in 2022 as General Manager.
Since her graduation she has been working in the Enterprise Sales Team at Stripe in Dublin. We look forward to her insights and expertise in guiding our discussions and fostering a productive environment for all attendees.

Manuel Hartmann

Manuel Hartmann is the Managing Director for the business unit “match operations” at Deutscher Fußball Bund GmbH & Co. KG. In his role, he oversees the ten professional soccer leagues in Germany, consisting of men’s and women’s Bundesliga, the youth leagues and the DFB Cup. He has held his position since the beginning of January 2022 and is an alumnus of the General Management Program of the SPOAC Sports – Sports Business Academy by WHU.

Donata von Achten

Besides being our moderator, Donata von Achten will also take part in our exciting fireside chat with Manuel Hartmann. 
Donata was a professional soccer player at TSG Hoffenheim until 2020 and simultaneously played for the German national Team U15-U17. 

In 2019, Donata won the European Championship with the German U17 national team.

Katharina Seiler

Katharina Seiler has been working at DWS since 2007 as a Senior Fund Manager in the Dividend Team. Prior to this, she studied business administration in Bremen and gained a doctorate in finance. She spent a year abroad at the University of Victoria (British Columbia).

She has managed the US Top Dividend since its launch in 2012 and is also responsible for institutional mandates. As an analyst, she specialises in US consumption and quantitative analysis. Katharina Seiler is also the founder of the DWS Invest Women for Women fund.

Lisa Komischke

Lisa Komischke is a Director in Advisory at BNP

Paribas. She advises Hidden Champions, entrepreneurial families and family offices on M&A-transactions, IPOs and Private Placements. Her passion for being a trusted advisor for this client segment has also shaped the previous positions she has held, i.a. with Berenberg.

She studied business administration in Munich and holds an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.

Also, Lisa Komischke is a SteerCo member of BNP Paribas’ Women in Global Banking Germany initiative.

Veronika von Heise-Rotenburg

Veronika von Heise-Rotenburg is an alumna of the University of Augsburg, where she received her PhD in the field of capital market law, while also holding an MBA from the University of Dayton. She started her professional career at McKinsey and Company before holding finance executive positions at different companies in the automotive leasing, financing, and retailing industry. Currently she is CFO and Managing Director at the  Berlin-based device-as-a-service company Everphone, that provides a B2B all-in-one solution for procuring and managing mobile devices.

Julia Klöckner

Julia Klöckner is a member of the Bundestag and a CDU politician. From 2018 to 2021, she held the office of Federal Minister of Food and Agriculture and is now a Federal Minister ret. From 2012 to 2022, she was also Deputy Federal Chairwoman of the CDU. Today, she is Federal Treasurer of the CDU and economic policy spokesperson for the CDU/CSU parliamentary group in the Bundestag. She has been a member of the German Bundestag again since 2021.

Christa Koenen

Christa Koenen is Chief Information Officer / Chief Digital Officer at DB Schenker. In this role, she is responsible for all IT operations at one of the largest logistics companies in the EU with more than 72,000 employees. She holds a degree in economics from the Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg and an MBA from IESE Business School. Christa Koenen began her career at the Parthenon Group before moving to the DB Group, where she held various positions, from CFO of DB Kommunikationstechnik to CEO of DB Systel and CIO of Deutsche Bahn before joining DB Schenker in 2021.

Vaidehi Sridharan

Vaidehi is a Senior Business Manager in Banking for Germany and Austria at Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG. She joined Citi in 2006 and started in the German FIG Corporate Banking team. She held several positions during the course of 17 years at Citi: Chief of Staff to the Citi Country Officer of Germany, Corporate Banker in the FIG sector and Business Credit Officer for the FIG portfolio. She is also a founding member of Citi Pride Germany & Austria, Co-Chair of Citi Women in Germany and a part of Citi’s Changemaker Network. She holds a Master’s Degree in Physics and an MBA – specialized in Finance and Strategy – from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management. Vaidehi began her career as a Consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation in Wiesbaden.

Melissa Hannaman

Melissa Hannaman is Vice President at Moelis & Company and provides investment banking advisory services to clients in the DACH region and in the technology sector. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master’s degree in Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and completed an exchange semester during her Bachelor studies at WHU. She began her career at CASE Corporate Finance before joining Moelis & Company in 2019.

Nina Lind

Nina Lind is a graduate of the European Business Programme of the FH Münster and KEDGE Business School. She began her career with internships at FedEx, Arvato, and Lufthansa before joining McKinsey & Company in 2008. Over the years, she worked at the Düsseldorf, Milan, and Munich offices, eventually becoming a partner in January 2021. She is part of McKinsey’s Travel, Transport & Logistics practice, where she advises clients in the airline, travel, and tourism sectors.
